Everybody was very nice but we were there for 4 1/2 hours before we were seen. I understand they are busy but I think that amount of time is a bit much.
Was told so many different things, Doctor told us one thing, RN and NP told us different. They need better communication. I've been in the Medical field for 20 years and was treated as if I knew nothing! Not happy with the care that my Mom is getting. She had to use the restroom, they took so long answering her call for help that I had to unhook her IV and take her myself. Wish her Ins would let her go to Aultman.
The best kindness and treatment that I have ever received from any hospital Has been at Mercy.. Love the staff and the helpfulness everyone has to offer...
This place is HORRIBLE.! If you EVER come here you better be packed for a few days. I went because I had severe back pain and they left me in a room for 4 hours before I even saw a doctor. My doctor was a complete DICK and the nurses seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. I got there at 3 and didn't end up leaving until 11 that night. 2 days later and I'm STILL in pain and waiting for results. NEVER again will I go back there.
I was well taken care of. Thank you to my Doctor and nurses.
They kept us informed on our moms progress even if it was rough .thank you for that
One bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch, so this is not my opinion of Mercy Medical, just one of it's staff. Michelle Frangos is terrible, she didn't listen to me & done what she wanted. I have COPD, was having problems breathing & was experiencing a lot of pain. I had to literately, beg for pain medication & was misdiagnosed w/ acute bronchitis because the ER was filled w/patients that had bronchitis as it appeared to be "the easy way out"! She's in the wrong profession if she doesn't care for people!
First experience with Mercy. I my husband to the Emergency room tonight and after waiting nearly 41/2 hours without being seen, we left to go to another facility for treatment. We will never return. I'd rather pay out of pocket expenses for better service.
