Sat in the waiting room for 5 hours only for them to tell me they can't do anything
My husband Thomas Ritchie, was in the ICU, I want to thank all of the Doctors for excellent care and Compassion they have for families. I want to Thank all of the Nursing staff, they are truly Angles. My husband was there for a few weeks and I will never forget the the care they showed my husband and myself. God truly picked wonderful people to work in the ICU. May you all know you will forever be in my heart and prayers.
The staff was awesome. Everyone so nice. Unfortunately the doctor I was given was not nice. I would never recommend seeing Dr. Jones. I saw how the other cardiologist was engaging with his patients. He stayed in the room with them for their stress test. I saw Dr Jones 1 minute and she had nothing to say to me. No dr was in the room. She actually left. Thankful the RNs were nice because she made the stress test much more stressful.
Very impressed with the staff and such a very clean place beats Akron City hands down

My wife and I just gave birth to our second child at Mercy Medical. Our experience was very pleasant. All of the maternity staff were courteous, professional and above all friendly. One particular nurse (Shannon) helped prep my wife to go in for her C-section. She was by far the best person we dealt with in the 3 days there. She always had a smile on her face and was super fun to talk to. We saw her again towards the end of our stay and she again was awesome to talk with. The care I received in the emergency room was horrible.
I've never had a problem here. My sister brought me there for a, what turned out to be a broken elbow, I waited a few minutes and was taken right back. My RN was great. My doctor was great. Extra thanks to the radiology techs who were as gentle as they could be with the X-rays.
