I have not always agreed with Mercy's decisions or policy but it always has been my hospital of choice. I truly appreciated from the cancer nurse navigators, infusion unit staff, radiology staff, lab staff, ER staff, the 5th floor nursing staff, pastoral care and the valet parking staff for their kindness, compassion and expert care of my husband. His journey in this world has ended but he could tell you he would be thankful for the care he received especially from the 5th floor staff. My son and I appreciated kindness shown... read more
Had to take my 2 year old into the ER tonight and you could tell they were busy but the care provided was wonderful!!
I just wanted to say that the young gentleman who ended up taking me back for my x-ray in the radiology department...was SUPER awesome! He did such a fantastic job, was so kind, and so easy to talk to!!! I really wish I could remember his name so I could put it out there. But, everything was done in such a timely manner and had great communication skills! Thanks for making my day a little bit easier!!!!!
