Er service was horrible both times i had to go. The male nurse was nice but the female attending Dr lacked in bedside care. Didn’t explain anything to me and really couldn’t come off her high horse. Just sad.
My mother was brought in over the weekend with heart issues and the ER staff was amazing . She was very scared and stressed, the staff helped keep her calm and reassured her that her staying here she would receive they best care and she did . Thank you Dr.Janas , nurse Eric, ED tech Ottie and the nurses on 10 M !! Hane/Misko family .
From the ER to surgery and then to 2 main I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Everyone bent over backwards to make sure that I was informed about everything that was going on with my husband and I truly feel like he had the best team taking care of him. I couldn’t ask for anything better from my hospital!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
