I wish my sister in law was there the night I was in ER. I felt so neglected. Had an EKG, blood drawn twice. And left alone on the gurney for a 2 hrs!! Needed nitro stat. The gave me tramadol for chest pains!
Thank you so very much to everyone in the Maternity ward that was Involved with Hunter Hattery. Each and everyone of you had such an amazing part in getting this little guy to where he is today. From beginning to end we had amazing care. The NICU was so amazing with our little guy, there is nowhere else that we would have wanted to go. Even with all the scares he put us through, everyone was very supportive and understanding.
Thank you Mercy Medical Center and staff for your kindness, patience, and professionalism during our 25 hour visit due to an accident my husband endured. From administration in ER to ICU every Nurse, ~RN, NP~ and Doctor we met were amazingly calm, highly skilled, and completely thorough with the care they provided. We felt blessed and this hospital is a blessing to our community.
I have found that Mercy Medical is very much like their name... Merciful. I suppose that even at the best of hospitals anyone could have an isolated bad experience. I have used Mercy Medical for years for my husband and myself-my mother. My brother. My children. I really have not had a bad experience. Professional, efficient, caring and benevolent describes the staff at Mercy medical. Thank you so very much for serving our community and for treating people with dignity, compassion, and excellent care. Jennifer Blevins.
The absolute worst most uncaring hospitals ever do not come here if your in pain! My fiance is having sharp pains in her stomach and they are doing absolutely nothing about it..they are liars and need to be reviewed by a professional investigator.
What can I say but I sure hope my ins. works with Aultman. My last 2 experiences with two of my kids, one w/ a broken finger and one with a deep gash needing 22 stitches and even the removal of stitches at a Mercy Stat care was more than awful. Even had to go to Akron Children's Hospital to undo the mess done and finish taking care of what Mercy did with the broken finger. Don't appreciate a doctor that implies you're incompetent and a liar either...That's when you can actually see a doctor.
I had Dr Dilip Patel for a heart cath, mechanically he was good, but his bedside manner is abhorrent. He screamed at my wife, being highly sensitive my wife was literally inconsolable, blaming her for not bringing me in soon enough. All she wanted was to know was am I okay, but that was beyond his abilities. Dr Patel, I suggest you contact me and apologize or its open season on you, and I do not hesitate to act, you are a scumbag of a doctor
David; are you aware a contractual arrangement exists between Aulman Hospital, and what Mercy can; or cannot do? I used Mercy exclusively, but (This is neither an Ad nor endorsement) I switched exclusively to Aulman Hospital about 2-1/2 years ago
Horrible! Never treated so badly and I've had to come here quite a few times!
