All the people were very nice and very helpful!! I took my Dad because of coughing issues and they did a great job looking him over and all is good!!
Yesterday I had a broken finger. Did NOT want to endure a multiple hour ordeal in the ER for just a finger. Mercy Urgent Care got me in right away, and were able to X-ray on location.
My experience with Mercy Hospital has been a complete nightmare. My fiancé goes to her primary doctor due to mild stomach pain. Her doctor does blood work and believes she has a gallbladder full of stones and sends her to a general surgeon to confirm. The surgeon does some more blood work and abdominal ultrasound and confirms that she has a lot of stones in gallbladder and it needs to be removed. My husband has been coming to the Mercy Healing Center for what seems like forever! Almost 2years. He sees Dr. Dvorak who is the most caring doc we know. The nurses there Sarah, Jennifer, alysia, Dea, they are just a few that have taken care of him but most of all his case manager Dawn is a very caring, giving and wonderful person who treats her patients like family! Everyone in the Healing have been absolutely wonderful to us... I recommend Mercy to everyone and always will! ❤️
I went into the clinic for shortness of breath that my regular asthma inhaler wasn't taking care of. I should have gone to the emergency room because I waited for 2 hours to be seen. After waiting an hour I didn't feel comfortable driving because I was so short of breath and they told me that I would be the next to be seen, which obviously was not true. I am in Cardiac rehab and my experience with the team there has been wonderful. They are exactly what I needed after my bypass surgery.
