I visited the Mercy Folsom ER with my toddler son on Tuesday night. As far as ER visits go, this was our best experience yet. The front desk staff, the nurses and the PA that helped us were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and got us in and out in under an hour. They even administered my son's first dose of antibiotics right there, so we didn't have to wait until the next day to start the medication. We are very appreciative of this positive experience, thank you!

I went to the urgent care on Monday at 6:45 pm and they told me they can't see me any more because it was late. I had a broken hand and they send me to David
Just awful.I can't even begin to express how unprofessional, unorganized and absolutely rude the doctors at DHMMG are. I'm anxiously awaiting open enrollment so I can switch insurance providers due to my abundance of horrible experiences.
Ask for an itemized copy of your bill. They like to charge you for services you didn't receive.
