My son was born at Methodist of Sacramento and then transferred to Mercy San Juan NICU where he spent the next four weeks in loving care of amazing nurses. I have had bad experiences at the ER like everyone else but this hospital did so much for our family during that difficult time.
Your billing system is absurdly complicated. Your service is deplorable. Your departments don't communicate with each other. Some of your doctors are ok, but they can't spend time with their patients because you overwork and underpay them. Yet you way overcharge for what you do. Point in case. An ER visit where I got an ultrasound and spent 2 minutes with a doctor who misdiagnosed a tendon rupture as a "sprain" that would heal I was charged over $1200. Bottom line Dignity is a joke.
I need an appt. bad and cannot get one till July or Aug.
I have had several procedures done and Dr.s. and nurses very competent and compassionate
would like to say, that I have been going to the South Sacramento E.R for the last 5+ yrs. But I would really like to share my last 3 visits. Prior to these 3 visit, the latest being 1 today, 9/21/16, the staff had been more than great. The last 3 visits, specially the 1 today, it was a really bad experience.
