RecommendedAbsolutely, you have no idea how diligently these RN CNA Techs Drs and other staff forget their own needs when it comes to a true emergency. I have had chills just watching and being a part of their team. I know the wait can be excruciating especially when ill or injured but I can assure you that with the years of experience this staff has, they know when a true emergency arises and are capable of prioritizing between them.
Dignity Health is a Nightnare on multiple levels, from dishonest billing practices, lying staff members who make excuses, late refills. And don't even get me started on the shady lab they use. (The lab has been fined $256 million. It's on Google.) Then we have incorrect test procedures in the office, and illogical doctors. If you must utilize modern Western medicine, go to Hill Physicians. We are seeing 4 and 5 star reviews, as opposed to a 2.5 Yelp rating for the Dignity Health office we left.
Woodland's Neurological Center holds the threat of having your driver's license suspended over your head, and their office staff takes pleasure (admitted to this, in front of doctors and other staff/patients) in pulling peoples licenses. I finally was able to free myself of this terror by switching healthcare providers who treated me with much more respect. I'd been a patient of Dignity since 1987, will never go back.

I previously worked for Dignity Health, and not only are they amazing to their employees- but every time myself or my family has been seen there as a patient we received the absolute best care possible. Their values and morals are everything you could ask for in a health care facility.
Put some decent water in the emergency room waiting area, maybe a vending machine. There is no cell service in the emergency room waiting area. Put in a land line so you can call love ones.
