The Aircon didn't work, the windows didn't open. Staff promised me to help with opening windows but didn't. The next day I was offered to change the room to a one with working Aircon.
Lovely hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. A nice piece of Cornish Yarg
Attended another conference here. This is a great hotel for functions and is conveniently located. Food is good, cater for various dietary requirements. Health suite looks lovely, although haven't used it.
