Buying your first home should be an exciting experience but not from these cowboys. The house should have been ready in March 2021 but was delayed, 2 weeks at a time, until July. Firstly, the site manager took us for our demo and must have seen us as easy targets. We were told that we only get one shot to submit our snagging list so we should wait a year until the house settles so that paint cracks can be dealt with. I cannot emphasise how bad the customer care and workmanship is with this company ! We purchased a new home in November 2018 in the Motherwell area and we are still trying to rectify the workmanship 4 years on. We bought our home including flooring , which turned out to be a huge mistake on our part . The concrete floors turned out to be completely uneven , to the point you would trip over on our whole downstairs.
