Fast response, solid information great customer service
The customer service I received was impeccable. Although I decided to go with another vehicle hands down the courtesy that was shown to me by Drina was phenomenal.
If you go to to Wichita's Mercedes Benz ask for Shawn. He was well informed on the used Avalon we were test driving. He was very patient & helpful when explaining all the features of the car. There was no pressure to buy.
Great place to buy a car from!!! Zach was a great salesman to he was able to help me purchase my dream car!! Highly recommend this place!
My experience with the saleswoman was excellent. I made a 2 1/2 hour drive to make a deal. When i went to trade my vehicle in, understandably they wanted to gibe me a lower price than what it was worth. And I had no problem with that and would have still purchased this vehicle. But the guy who does the trade in quote suggested i go someplace else to trade it in since i told him he was a few thousand off on the trade value. So I took his advice and decided to not do business there.
Though I did not purchase (sight on seen), my experience with Walser and with Zach Sherman specifically was top-notch. He was responsive and made the experience as smooth as he possibly could.
Communicated well. Overall good experience.
It’s been first class experience.
