I gave them 5 stars, because they were very responsive! However, they refused to consider the East Coast value of the vehicle and wouldn't consider the fact that we were only a few hundred dollars apart from making a deal. Mind boggling to me!
Initially responded well but the car has a possible pending offer and communication has gone nearly silent. I provided information for an appraisal/trade in on my car but have not heard anything.

The salesman was absolutely no help 1st told me it wasn't available and was sold. Then told me it was available I made a trip to Wichita to see it he showed it to me told me they wouldn't have it ready until Monday so when I call on Monday told him that I wanted to purchase the vehicle he told me it was too late somebody else had already sold When asked why I wasn't given an opportunity to purchase he said there's too many Salesman there and it wasn't his fault
