I had a great experience with this dealer. Sales representative Kayla took great care of us with getting a credit application started via text and put a courtesy hold for us the vehicle for a few hours as we drove in to test drive an awesome 2014 E-350 convertible. I would highly recommended this dealer.

I called to purchase this vehicle gave the salesperson the name of the credit union person that approved me to contact and other information he requested. He called back and said it was sold. I found out later if I had purchased this car, had it shipped, and there was a problem I could not return it. They don't make that information known I wonder why?
