Mechanic MIA every time my brother either calls or goes down to find out the diagnosis on his car. No one else is "allowed" to tell him and now a week later no one is even sure if anyone looked at it.
I went in to have Service A done on my C300 and I felt that my service advisor, Joe, and my technician, Chris, were both extremely professional, up-front, and honest. They were able to provide me with the proper maintenance I needed at the present time and also give me a heads up about preventative maintenance that I should be expecting down the road in order to keep my car running like clockwork. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy , not only did they pressure me to purchase the car but they also refused to save it for me with a down payment , they called me the last day of my temporary plate saying I needed to do a vin check so I made an appointment for 9, they had me wait there until the vin check finally got done at 11, then they had me drive on my expired plate for days after it expired saying it would be fine and never called me when they registered it and didn't pick up the phone when I called ... read more
