I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Warwick. My first salesman has since left and John Canning took me as a customer. He is very knowledgeable on the product and willing to work with the customers to get them into the vehicle they want. Furthermore the service department is excellent , Courtney McGovern our advisor is outstanding. Never a problem and always on time and no BS. True 5 star customer service.
I bought my ML from over 3,000 miles away from the dealer, and am pleased to say other than a few minor items it's exactly what I wanted. The buying process was easy and a no pressure situation. John Canning and Erich Henry did everything to help make me comfortable with the purchase. They are stand-up guys! They have also been attentive with my questions a month after purchasing.
Took the car in to check noise, they said I need to replace wheel bearing $2.400. Brought to another place, all I needed was the tires that were bad. Never go back there, no trust them

Parents got a Volvo and like three weeks later drove by my dad driving the Volvo and noticed the door was a totally different color when the sun hits the car. By ofc nothing to do about it since he had it for three weeks.
