Took my Smart car in for a safety recall. They fixed it pronto. That was great. But when I picked up the key the service rep, Bret, told me they couldn’t wash it because of some change in procedure and it was a 4 hour wait. Every time I take it in they give me some BS reason why they can’t wash it. Come on guys, I know it’s not a Mercedes but small cars matter �
The online parts department of this dealership is a big fraud. They are all over the internet advertising discounted MB spare parts. But beware. They will take your order, take your money and then you will get silence. They will not cancel your order even when they do not have the parts and/or do not intend to ship. You will need to beg to get a refund. Please avoid them like the plague.
