I would never recommend this place. They had our vehicle for TWO weeks & never completed the repairs. We were never called with updates. Something as simple as replacing the cabin air filter and engine air filter were never done!!! Add the fact that Jeph actually asked us if we LIVED in our vehicle!!! I’ve never been more appalled and disappointed!! expected more from Mercedes I suggest people buy a FORD instead!!
We walked into The Mercedes Benz Dealership and were greeted by Thaddeus. We told him we were looking for a preowned E class or SUV and he showed us a few that were on the lot. He helped us narrow down which vehicles were good. We test drove a few and selected the E350 because it looked classy and the numbers were in range to what we could afford. The managers were hard negotiators, but friendly and helpful in making the sale. Thank you for the Mercedes Benz of Warwick cooperation and experience. See you soon.
I have a 2010 E63 I brought to them they had it for 47 days and mis diagnosed it 3 times before I got it back they have no idea what they are doing I got a check engine light on the other day so they tell me to bring it Monday they didn’t even look at it until Thursday gave me no loaner car told me it was 2 o2 sensors and it would be and insane amount of 990$ of course but I clearly said ok fix it takes them another 2 days to do such a simple job then they call me and say I have no air filters so I laugh knowing they are inc... read more
