SAFETY and Customer Service is NOT a concern of Wappingers Falls Mercedes. If you think by buying the Service Plan you would be driving a safe vehicle, think again! All (4) tires needed replacing, and 2) of the tires had steel fibers sticking out! The Service Advisor told my wife the tires were “good” and sent her down the road! A few miles later we were traveling on the LI Expressway and had a blowout in the center lane! The Service Plan is NOT Refundable so you are stuck with the unsafe service you paid for. Dawn provided excellent service. Questions were answered very clearly and was especially helpful in explaining service that would be completed.
My experience with this dealership was not good. The salesperson named Will (Won Lee) was absolutely clueless and unprofessional. And frankly uninterested in helping a Black person with purchasing a vehicle. I made several attempts to contact "Will", there was no response and no real sense of service to the customer. If you are in the market for a new Mercedes Benz, DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS LOCATION.
Thank you for having wonderful dealership. Your service department is full of experienced hones employees, especially Mr. David Northcutt his knowledge of Sprinter Vans is amazing. tay Away from Mercedes Benz of Sugarland if You are African American unless you want to be spend money and be insulted and treated like a second-class citizen! My GF purchased a CPO from another MB Dealer here in Houston 18 months ago. We started using the Sewell Store simply because the location was more convenient. We have had the vehicle in twice for Service and had been extremely satisfied with both experiences. This is the worst service or lack of service I have ever experienced. Mercedes is a great brand but unfortunately poorly represented at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. Benz probably need to take a page out of Elon Musk book and fire the whole management team. As much as we pay for the vehicles and their maintenance you would expect a great customer service, but at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, they don’t care or value their customers. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!!!! Tomorrow makes two months that they've had my truck for repairs. They've cited everything from the insurance company taking their time, to parts not getting delivered as the reason for delays. Today we were told that it wouldn't be until the "top of the year" that we should expect to get the car back.....October 14th until the top of the year??????
