I n April 2025 I purchased a 2025 GLB with 10 miles. The car broke down May 21, 2025. Had to be towed to them. Today is May 23 and NOONE HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT A LOANER OR WHAT THE ISSUE IS. They told me they have NOT even looked at the car to see what the issue is after 72 hours of it being towed to their dealership. Four texts from them stating we are working on it but we have NOT looked at your car. Its A LEMOM CLEARLY. Litigation.
Let me start by saying that I plan on getting rid of my vehicle this year because the service at Cherry Hill Mercedes is so bad. I do not recall a service appointment that was less than a 2 hour wait and that’s with appointments. My recent oil change wait was over 2 hours.. Do Not buy a car from Sugar Land Mercedes. I bought an SL convertible with extremely low mileage and it is certified and still has its new car warranty. As I was driving back to DFW, check engine light came on and service due over 365 days… an hour after I left. Been a long time customer of this dealership but not any more. Their service department is a joke! Made an appt for 2 camera issues and they didn’t touch the auto for 3 days. . No updates from the service advisor . I had to call for updates. In January i took it in for service and not all issues were not addressed. Wrote a Mercedes review and no one contacted me. SAFETY and Customer Service is NOT a concern of Wappingers Falls Mercedes. If you think by buying the Service Plan you would be driving a safe vehicle, think again! All (4) tires needed replacing, and 2) of the tires had steel fibers sticking out! The Service Advisor told my wife the tires were “good” and sent her down the road! Dawn provided excellent service. Questions were answered very clearly and was especially helpful in explaining service that would be completed.
My experience with this dealership was not good. The salesperson named Will (Won Lee) was absolutely clueless and unprofessional. And frankly uninterested in helping a Black person with purchasing a vehicle. I made several attempts to contact "Will", there was no response and no real sense of service to the customer. If you are in the market for a new Mercedes Benz, DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS LOCATION.
