These guys bought a car from me. Told me the whole time I'd leave with a check if I made it to do all paperwork before a certain time. Didn't pay. Then said they'd pay the next day when they asked me to come fill out paperwork they forgot. I said I'm not coming back up if you're not going to pay me or tell me when I'm getting paid because I had another offer at another dealership. They said they would pay me. I highly recommend this fantastic dealership. While purchasing a new car can be an ordeal, every aspect associated with purchasing a new Mercedes from this dealership was absolutely a pleasant experience. I could not be less satisfied with the car buying experience from Mercedes Benz of Chantilly. The dealer made a mistake in registering my car. When I learned of it, I contacted the dealer, they confirmed it was their mistake but asked me if I really needed what I'd originally requested (as specified in the purchase agreement) as it would take a lot of work to correct. I stopped dealing with CB, back in 2023, because they are not honest. They will take your money and will perform service work that is not required or over charge you. I felt so sad and very foolish because I trusted 3 different service advisors, but they failed me. Sadly, many people are being fooled by greedy graspers and scammers. No one can fool The Almighty God! He will repay, in due season and @ His appointed time.

Greedy dealership. Poor communication when calling for assistance with your new purchase. Once they take your money, they treat you like trash. Stay away!

bought the car use from them. It’s use Mazda CS5. They give me a 30 days warranty 1000 miles whatever comes out first. I called them next day. I have an oil leak underneath my car .  Long story short talk to Sales guy he refused all repairs. So I called Manager and he say you refuse to do any work in the car . I end up to paying $3200!bill to fix the vehicle. what a shady dealer do not buy car from this place. Unfortunately everything worsened year after year , employee treat us with very arrogant attitude, do not explain anything, do not know anything about car , just need us to put money and signs papers without saying anything about, even felt that they are racist , make me feel not comfortable. If I get the chance to put a review unfortunately i will put bad one , and I will not recommended the place for any one of my friends and personally I will try to avoid it for any future purchases or maintenance needs.

Horrible experience. Purchased vehicle online, assured that nothing was wrong with it and would come with 3k mile warranty. Car arrived with check engine light on. Estimate of repairs is $4000. They told me to get car repaired and then submit claim, which of course I refused to do. Then told me to drop car at shop and have shop contact them for authorization. Four days later they tell me that the warranty will not cover the repairs. Appalling conduct for a Mercedes dealer.
