Yes, they responded, but no they didn't have answers to the questions I asked about the truck. The description said it had been in an accident. But the dealer had no information on what kind of accident or what had actually been repaired on the car. ??? How can you sell a car with "history" and not have the information on the "history?"
Truck was missing lower skid plates and claimed it came in that way, when you can tell the bolts were just hanging on. Also only had one key. Dealer never negotiated any off the price due to the missing or broken items (rear tail light was cracked)

I had a question about a vehicle and phoned the dealer. A salesman (Kal) answered. He was very helpful in providing the necessary information and then was helpful in trying to locate a car that met the search criteria. Ultimately, we found a vehicle at another’site and let Kal know. He was gracious in his response and offered to help should we, or family or friends need to use his dealership in the future.
