I ended up purchasing this vehicle. It was a pleasure to walk into this dealership where I was treated with respect and all ongoing communication was prompt. There was none of the tedious nonsense I experienced at other dealerships (not Mercedes) in San Jose. This place was like a breath of fresh air. The service here was comparable with my previous experiences at another Mercedes dealership in upstate New York.

Large inventory of autos all priced at or below kbb. Easy to work with but still not sure why it took so long to purchase even when it was a cash deal.
They are really helpful
Disappointing for multiple reasons: - I planned to pay the amount fully in cash, and literally pointed out they should NOT do a hard inquiry on my credit score and the salesperson (will keep the name confidential) confirmed they won't do a hard inquiry. I was then surprised 2 days later when I got a notification about hard credit inquiry that they made on the exact same day I visited! - The salesperson was pushing for the deal to complete, and complained I kept them open after hours without buying the car on the same day. - ... read more

This dealer responded instantly. The communication was accurate and always prompt. The vehicle was in pristine condition and exactly as advertised. Best of all the sales process was straightforward and every level of the team right up to the GM was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I could not have been happier with the overall experience.
The place was nice and the person I spoke with was nice, however, I set up a time to see the car and drove 30 miles to San Jose just to discover that it had been sold that morning. A phone call would have been appreciated and I may have considered one of the other cars they had available had they been considerate enough to let me know about the car being sold. The person I spoke with did apologize and try to get in touch with me but the situation was irreparable for me at that point.
