Originally communication was fast waiting on awnser from dealer I guest car got some issues. When I contacted them back car was sold, the original sales person said did not pass there inspection a 3rd sales person said was sold just one hour ago. Week after the car appear again on there inventory I guess it’s a bait car!! Every single person they awnser o send me and email all are internet sales managers? Got many emails maybe auto response Call the dealer leave multiple messages never got a call back Really bad fallow up!!!

The first time we spoke with the dealership they were very helpful and answered immediately. The car was sold a day before our scheduled appointment. A couple days later the car reappeared on CarGurus. I contacted the dealership and they “reserved” the car for me. I emailed two salesman people to confirm the car was indeed still in the lot. I did not get a response. I had to call and when I did they said the car was sold...
