I made an appointment to see the car, and put a 72 hour hold on the car at the Autonation website. Mercedes Benz of San Jose is part of the Autonation dealer group, so clicking on their website re-directs to Autonation. I showed up for my appointment the next day, the car had already been sold.

They contacted me immediately and provided extra details and photos when I requested.
Yes they were very nice . I am looking for a specific model of Cadillac. It is the station wagon model CRX. It is the sports wagon and I would like it in the champagne white with grey interior. I am willing to drive up to 1000 miles for this specific model. It is just very hard to find.
Good selection of cars and very good sales department
The experience at this dealership was satisfactory. According to dealership this car was a preowned vehicle but possessed some flaws one particular one (telephone key had # that appeared to be burned off. They refused to repair it to make a deal and tried to pass that cost on to me. A certified car at the great Mercedes dealership as branded as they're Tacky Tacky Tacky. They should priced the car better to sell incompetent and Tacky Tacky Tacky. People think they could sell black folk anything but Jonanas was great thanks
Great attention and patience. Easy process.
We drove 117 miles to buy a steel gray Mercedes, we were shown the car under poor lighting. The car was not that color. The wheels were dented . I will. Never go back there nor recommend them. I felt like we were at a. 'Action Auto ' used car lot, not a Mercedes Benz dealership.

excellent salesperson - knew their product, listened to what I wanted in the car and provided a payment plan and total cost of purchase
After long discussion and price agreement with each other , I was told the car was sold to someone else without telling me how to keep this vehicle before I arrive. All the contacts were useless in mail.
