Mark Murillo was really easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable. He was happy to answer all of my questions and didn't pressure me at all. The car was in great shape, just wasn't exactly what I was looking for. My experience with Mark was 5 stars.

I made an appointment to see the car, and put a 72 hour hold on the car at the Autonation website. Mercedes Benz of San Jose is part of the Autonation dealer group, so clicking on their website re-directs to Autonation. I showed up for my appointment the next day, the car had already been sold.

Yes they were very nice . I am looking for a specific model of Cadillac. It is the station wagon model CRX. It is the sports wagon and I would like it in the champagne white with grey interior. I am willing to drive up to 1000 miles for this specific model. It is just very hard to find.
Good selection of cars and very good sales department
The experience at this dealership was satisfactory. According to dealership this car was a preowned vehicle but possessed some flaws one particular one (telephone key had # that appeared to be burned off. They refused to repair it to make a deal and tried to pass that cost on to me. A certified car at the great Mercedes dealership as branded as they're Tacky Tacky Tacky. They should priced the car better to sell incompetent and Tacky Tacky Tacky. People think they could sell black folk anything but Jonanas was great thanks
