Great initial response. Car was sold out from under me. I didn't have a chance or was informed to be able to counter/respond. They did inform me after it was sold. I was upset that I wasn't informed that other plans were in process. I was looking for a specific year, color, and model. There could have been better communication; they could have had a bidding war. Still reget what happened. They did have great info. posted initially.
Had a great transaction. Excellent communication.
