Mercedes-Benz maintenance The honesty of the the person who worked with me on my vehicle (I forget his name so I apologize) and the mechanic who showed me everything that was done on my vehicle and explained to me what needed to be replaced. Overall, very... extremely satisfied!

Trunk switch repair done quickly! To my surprise! I had some warranty work done on my trunk opener switch. Tyler gave me options, I could wait, have a loaner car or get a ride home. I thought I would wait and find out if the time estimate was accurate? It was and thanks to Tyler's efficiency and accurate estimate of time needed for the repair he saved me several hours in my day. Tyler kept me informed three times regarding the status of the repair, the work was done right the first time and was completed on time.
