Gordon Armstrong Outstanding. Had an appointment for my annual service on my 2014 E250BTC. I was met as I pulled in. My service manager discussed the services they would be doing and the estimated time it would take. I was provided a loaner car within 5 minutes. Later that day I received a text it was done. I returned the loaner car and after the service manager told me all was good to go and no problems were found and I was good for another year. I will be back next year.

Still Waiting Took our vehicle in for service over a week ago. We were told we needed some extra work and asked if we had an extended warranty. We told them we did have one and they said great lets schedule the service. We asked that they verify that the problem was in fact covered by our warranty before we schedule the service. The young man did not seem very eager to do that but did ask that we call him with the number. We called and gave him that information.
