My first positive experience at a Car Dealership. Mr. William Taylor, the Sales Manager and Mr. Mychael Payne, the Finance Manager, truly went out of their way to get the best deal for me on my RAV4. MB of SA Service Visit It was extremely disappointing to learn upon my arrival that the scheduler had not secured my appointment within your scheduling system. With that, the on-the-spot adjustment by Tyler Jordan (my Service Advisor) and the Service Manager to get my vehicle added and serviced is deeply appreciated. It was an inconvenient adjustment for me, but I’m grateful for the Service Department’s superb customer service that provided the solution.
