I just received my car back today from a repair. I had been ambivalent about having it brought to Rochester as it seemed like too much fuss, but after trying three times to have it fixed locally I gave up. I was shocked by how inexpensive the repair ended up being, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated having a loaner car in the interim. It was a delightful surprise to find my car washed and vacuumed as well. Thank you so much, and I will not hesitate to use you in the future.

worst service I have ever had, bought my SL 3 years ago and service was great, last 2 years horrible, called Rocco 2 weeks ago to set up a service appt. and have yet to get a return phone call, love my SL but I almost feel like dropping Mercedes because of this place.
