I left my C250 to have the rims touched up and have the steering wheel adjustment fixed. My rims look like new and I can now adjust my steering wheel. Great job and great service.
Everyone there is very pleasant and accommodating. They're service is efficient and they have a "shuttle" available to bring you wherever needed while you wait. I went for a tire change and they washed and detailed my car as well. I am happy with the level of service provided.
Although my experience was a hassle with Mercedes-benz but the management was very quick and professional for a response. They have listened to me, showed effort to make it better. And I appreciate that!
