Picked up my new C 300 today. It was an amazing experience and thank you for the great deal and taking the time to make it work. Jason was awesome answered every question I had and made the trip from Syracuse worth it. Also to Jeff in finance for helping me out. I will be back for another car!

Best car shopping experience ever. I am a bit of a perfectionist and compared, looked at, and test drove various vehicles over a 6-month period. I must have gone back to this dealership 5 times and met with the same sales agent. Jason, you were awesome. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Awesome staff, and awesome way to do business. No other dealer goes as far to make things perfect as these guys.
The service I received first hand was disrespectful and unprofessional. Almost ended up going with an Audi and saying forget the entire MB world all together. The next day I wrote an email to management and they were able to turn it around and appoint me to someone else. I ended up leaving with a car and being proud of being 23, successful and owning my first dream car. But to think I received the worst customer service from "The Best or Nothing".
