I don't recommend for Sprinter vans, especially for fleet. This is the only dealer in town and they only have 1 Sprinter tech for repairs, recalls and warranty. If you need a fleet van, do yourself a favor and buy a Detroit brand. There's dealerships all over with lots of techs, late and Saturday appointments so you can keep your fleet van on the road making money.

I took my SUV in for $500 B service which includes tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires as my husband marked them prior to service. This is not the 1st time Rochester MB has cheated us as customers!!!

I contacted this dealership when I was out of town. This is the first time I purchased a car from a picture and with knowing about the good reputation of the company I was dealing with. My inquiry was promptly given to our salesman Jason St. John. It was a pleasure dealing with Jay from start to finish. Same review I left on Google... They are THAT stereotypically deceptive dealership, taking advantage of customers (our) lack of knowledge. We love owning a Benz, but deeply regret their price gouging, especially for service and maintenance. Any recommendations on trustworthy Benz dealerships? Consumers beware ugggh big mistake
