The most helpful group of professionals. I will never go back to BMW. I don't care if I have to pay for oil changes now. At least I don't feel like they are messing with my car so something else goes wrong at another time. Love my car looking to upgrade soon. If the hubby let's me.

The place is always Pleasant and clean. The associates are helpful and kind.
I have the GLC300. The brakes have been serviced 3 times and still squeal. The neighbors have pointed at my car when they hear it, so embarrassing. Started before I hit 10k miles. I'm being told they're waiting for more parts, it's been over a month this time. Still waiting. Disappointing.
Would rate them a Zero star if possible. They took advantage and harassed my girl cousin saying the loan didn't fall through to bring the car back and they will give her the car she traded in back. When she lives 2 hrs away. So when she takes time off of work and goes. they tell her they sold her trade in at auction a week ago and pretty much forced her to stay with the car she purchased!
Great experience, finally we got what we wanted. Dennis was great and very helpful.
