Yesterday I wanted my car wash it was closed because the winds . But when I was there they were no winds and manager told me sorry is not going to happen. I was very mad n I had to talked to a a head manager n he said ok but the waiting was going to be over 1bhour and I said ok .... when I was sitting in the waiting area. There was this lady waiting for her car to be fixed N the manager came in n told her her car was ready., if she wanted her car wash... I was SHOCKED when he told her that...I was very disappointed...
Went in for my complimentary car wash and found out I had a defective tire. Thank you MB of Ontario for the wonderful service.
Awesome service department, no surprises - they're upfront with you and work with you in tough situations. Huu and Desiree along with a few others in the service dept went above and beyond to take great care of me and helped in a difficult "away-from-home" headache!
Love the plaice, pleasant attendant, happy w/ the customer service!!! Anthony Garcia who assist me was great knowledgeable & helpful. Had a very satisfying experience.
Absolutely loved the customer service that was given. Eli and Johnny were great help and actually helped my sister get the best interest rate! Will be back!
