After a disappointing experience, my husband and i decided to return to FJ MB. We appreciated the fact that Dervonda and Addi Mimi took time away from their busy schedule to to pick up the phone and listened. I bought my first MB from Penske and I felt my experience there was ok. It was basic service that you would expect from anywhere. However, I later discovered that they conned me in two areas. Shady business dealings that I will take responsibility for because I should have been paying closer attention. The service dept there though is pretty good. I just bought my second Benz from Fletcher Jones Ontario. I will describe my experience at FJ's as "impeccable and superb" thanks to Willie and T.J.
Car wash nice I also like they will evaluate vehicle see if you need anything like tires I used to go over to Penske both service Centers so well 😎
