Ridiculous on charges. They've made a small fortune off my E550, under warranty. Last trip they left it outside in the heat for nearly 3 weeks, wood trim coming off from heat exposure, now they want ME to pay for that. I'll never be back...absolute ripoff!
We love doing at Mercedes and Jaguar dealership in okc. Always polite never pushy. Just nice people with good customer service. Will definitely be back.
I found a small oil leak on my drive so I stopped in while I was downtown and the staff fit me in and fixed the problem that afternoon.. Very thankful to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

Never taking my car back there again, it sat there for almost 2 months, once I got it back they had damage the back of it and denied and refuse, saying the damage was already there, when they fail to do a walk around because like bryon hudgins says it was a tow in, how does that make any difference, towing company showed me the copy of there walk around no damage there. So I'm very pissed off so I'll never take it back there
James Maltos was very professional and helpful for us. The car buying experience was top notch.
Everything went smooth. From looking at the cars, picking one I liked, and the final paperwork. Everybody very friendly. Jared Filip was my salesman. He is very nice and patience.
Personal service at its best. Dale Fieker is one of the best car sales people you will ever want to do business with. The test drive and the explanation of the vehicle was excellent. No Pressure To Buy!!! We are very happy with how Dale and the team treated us and got us into the vehicle we wanted.
