had a 10am appt when I got there no one had marked it on their appt list so I had to waste 30 mins for them to find my name in then waited 3.5 hours for a simple oil change not happy at all not good customer relations at all

Cynthia McCoy was wonderful. Out of all of the other luxury dealerships that I visited and dealing with salesmen. She was the friendliest, and actually listened to what I was wanting to accomplish. Purchasing my new car at Mercedes Benz of OKC was pleasant. Richie made the experience enjoyable and virtually painless!
