Had the best car buying experience today. Everyone there was so nice, helpful, and honest. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will definitely go there again.
Very friendly and helpful. Paul took good care of me and Randy found the exact GLA250 that I wanted at another dealership. It took longer to get here than expected, but they put me in a sweet loaner for 2 weeks knowing I would put 1500 miles on it while I had it in Tulsa. Very eager to earn my business and worked with my trade. This is not one of their more expensive cars, but they treated me as if I were spending $100K+. Worth the trip from Tulsa to buy here. Will likely come here for service also.
The sales person that helped me was Irving. He was so professional and made the entire experience so enjoyable. You can tell he knows his product and truly loves what he does. I also had a great experience with Ron in finance. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I wish I could give more than a five star, because the experience was much better than a five star. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz OKC to everyone!
They treated us like royalty when we arrived for our scheduled test drive. James Maltos was extremely helpful and seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge of all the vehicles we were interested in. We purchased a slightly used dream car! James has checked on us today to answer any questions and make sure we are still happy with the car. This was a relaxed, without pressure buying experience.

Great customer service by the staff...many of which, who have been there for years! Always a pleasure to have Butch drive you to wherever you need to go while your car is getting serviced as well. Not to mention, the car wash/detailing they do after each service!
