We were interested in a car they had listed on their website. Since we would be making a two hour drive to look at the car, we live in Tulsa, we called to make sure it was still available. Not only were we assured it would be available we also were emailed a copy of the ad in which it was listed. Upon our arrival we were informed that car sold two days prior but they had a similar car( double he mileage) we could look at instead. Can you say BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Recently purchased a used car and with the exception of a paperwork delay my experience was very pleasant. I only purchased a used car however I was treated like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. Thank you!!
Worst experience ever!!! Sold us a CPO car that had been wrecked and service lied numerous times to avoid fixing it.
