Don Beam has been great. He is knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz, but even more important, he is aware of how people should be treated. He has been genuine and direct. My mother-in-law is buying a ML-350 and he has respected our time. He didn't try to "sell" us on a good deal. We told him what we needed and our realistic budget and he took care of business. The worst yet, most expensive car I've ever had in my life. I've had multiple issues with my car since I got it brand new in February. My key fob only works 50% of the time. When I took it in the guy actually told me some times the signals in the air can interfere with the keys and cause them not to work. Smh my niece could have died because of the keyless entry that locked her in the car!! Had my sister not had someone bash the window out she could have died!! It was 100 degrees that day! Shame on y'all!
