I would not recommend anybody by a Mercedes. We have had two tire blowouts in the last six months. We paid $16,000 for roadside assistance and it two many phone calls and two hours to get the car towed in. We were without our car fir two weeks the first time. The repair time is unacceptable and rude. I would not recommend anyone buying a Mercedes.
RecommendedBeen driving for 50 years. Every kind of experience you can imagine with Service Departments. Add in 30+ years of new car sales experience and I could write a book. Nobody takes care of a customer like Byron and the staff at MBOKC!

James Maltos was our salesmen, he is a straight shooter and has amazing knowledge of every vehicle we asked about. He even stayed after closing to set up our phones on our new car. WORST car buying experience of my life. DO NOT BUY a car from them!! I was screamed at by the GM of this store when I had a simple issue that I was willing to resolve with them. I can not begin to express the disgust at the personal treatment that I have received from the top of this company. This is my 4th Mercedes to purchase and the only issues I ever have experienced was at this new dealership.
