Buying a +100K Mercedes at North Haven dealership you will meet the Sales Manager and everyone else to make the purchase nice and sweet. Try bringing in your 6 month old vehicle for service due to 3 damaged rims and you will see what service you will get. NONE... To make the long story short: 6 Month old vehicle with less then 4K miles on it had 3 out of 4 rims damaged. Not sure how this is possible, but I guess we are dealing with Chrysler quality wheels these days. Had to pay to get them repaired, lost 3 days of work... read more
I called two weeks ago to book a car service and request a loaner. I drove all the way from New Canaan to be told they ran out of loaners... I never got a call before I came there. Waste of time and gas...Very disappointed

very pleased with purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Found the car online,and received a follow up call from Tom McDonough making sure i was aware of the options the car came with.he didnt want me to make the trip from long island and be surprised. Our salesman Don did a great job as well, arranging transportation from the ferry to the dealership was a huge help.would highly recommend this team of professionals!
