Nice sales department but service department is definitely not that good. We purchased C300 1 year ago in October from Mercedes Benz of North Haven. The car has 12k miles on it. I had a tire blowout 10 days ago and chose to tow the car to Mercedes Benz of North Haven. Zane told the job would be completed in couple of days and not even offered the loaner. Anthony Canada made the purchasing of a vehicle a great experience. Anthony made sure that I was comfortable and his no pressure approach is like a breath of fresh air. My car had a beautiful bow on it and there were goody's in the front seat for me. He also went over all the cars features in detail which were extensive and he sent me a text the next evening.
Not so impressed with service after purchasing my last purchase from them!!

I purchased a car here recently and I was extremely impressed with the dedication to customer service . I will refer all of my friends and family to Mercedes Benz of North Haven. Anthony Canada, Sales displayed an unparalleled level of knowledge and dedication to the Mercedes brand. My schedule is extremely busy and Mr. Canada made a situation that could have been stressful simple.
Extremely disappointed in the poor customer service received when having my S Class serviced at this dealership. While in their care for a standard "A" maintenance visit, they damaged the front end of my car and refused to accept any responsibility. Their own staff and I checked the car thoroughly before giving it to them. This car is well maintained and in like new condition, until they broke the front grill.
