Wow, amazing customer service! I called from Charleston SC slightly panicked as my college aged daughters car was broken down at another shop. Although the service department was closed, your receptionist took it upon herself to leave a note with the Service Department letting them know I'd be calling first thing in the morning. The Service Advisor and Technician could not have been any nicer even instructing me to call roadside assistance to have her car towed to the dealership.
