The service was impeccable. Lori Garrett was polite, provided me with the expectations on what would be done and provided an estimated time for the service to be completed. And even though I only took my Mercedes in to get a new key programmed they still cleaned my car befor returning it to me.
They had the exact car we were looking for. Emilio Valdivia was straight up with pricing and sales expectations. He moved us efficiently as he could through the contract to close process, and finalized the sale by going over every amenity of the vehicle we purchased. We hope to do business with Emilio again.
