I can't say enough about how great the service always is here. Even if you are meeting a newer employee for the first time they all always greet you as if you have already met. I have to give a special shout out to Brent Reed in the service department. He always keeps me informed at every step. He is always happy to see me, has a smile and makes a human connection. In this moment, my car E350 had a few issue,but their maintenance team Mr. Matthew and Mr. Brent were provided a great support. And then Ms. Bea also provided a great support for my car. These process is very smooth and seamless, I’m very Happy with this team😆 I will repeatedly use this wonderful shop‼️
Bea Mohsenin is the BEST! We recently purchased a 2019 GLC300 and love it!! This is the the 3rd car (I think) she has sold us over the years.
