My service advisor Jeff Mullins is excellent. He followed the progress of the repairs on my older (2004) SL600 AMG and kept me informed about its progress. He noticed my Vietnam veteran plates on the car and put through the company's veterans' discount program! Emily at the front desk was very helpful and has a take charge/help the customer approach that is absolutely refreshing, and great! Thank you.
Stanley Carmichael, Service Manager is a wonderful person. I recently had my car repaired/serviced at Mercedes Benz of Music City and had a great experience.
