This is my third trip to Mercedes-Benz of Music City. Special shout out to Darrion Henderson, Stanley Carmichael, and Ryan Dumitrescu - they are very kind and professional. Ryan is very thoughtful; On the day we dropped off our GLE he arranged for us to have a GLC as a loaner - then when he found out that we had family over from Europe, he managed to change our loaner to a GLS so we can have extra seats, to me that's what really matters - they take care of customers and not just their cars. See you on my next service!
I was treated better at this car dealership than any other dealer I have ever stepping foot in, my salesperson, Michael was fantastic and very very helpful. I actually purchased a used vehicle they had for sale and I was blown away by just the friendliness of the entire team at the dealership, everyone I dealt with was absolutely amazing and tried their best to take care of me. I will be back at this dealership in the future when we are in the market again for sure.
I just purchased my car on Saturday and I was highly impressed with the dealership. Everyone was friendly and the place was soooo clean. I was really amazed at the service department. More importantly, I was very pleased with my salesperson, Scott! He was super helpful and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! 👍🏻
