Wonderful experience the first time and every time there after my service advisor there at Mercedes Benz of Music City is Lori Garrett and she always make an extremely easy for me I had service that need to be addressed I was unable to take my truck in but Lori made sure someone came to my house and picked up my truck. Kate Cardin was great to work with on the purchase of a new Mercedes. She was very detailed, offered great follow up, got answers when needed and always had a smile.We have been using the other dealership for over 30 years and decided to make a change. We have been very impressed with the follow up, the facility and the people. While we haven't been to the service department yet, the same people who took care of us in Cool Springs are now at MBofMC.
